Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Gamut Capital Management. 

Previously, he was a Controller at Senator Investment Group and earlier in his career was a Senior Accountant at Ziff Brothers Investment and an Associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. 

Jason holds a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an M.B.A. from Fordham University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
