Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and ESG at Brightwood Capital.  Previously, she was a Managing Director at PineBridge Investments (previously AIG Investments) overseeing Investor Relations for all Emerging Markets Private Equity and a member of the Central and Eastern European Private Equity Investment Team. 

Earlier in her career, she worked at Merrill Lynch in Alternative Investments and Traded High Yield at BNP-Paribas. 

Kristina holds an MBA in Economics and International Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a dual major in Finance and International Business and a minor in Economics.
