Prior to joining the firm, Natalia was an Administrative Assistant at a technology solutions organization.  

Previously, she was living in the United Kingdom, working as a Recruitment Manager for a home care support business.

Natalia received a B.Sc. in Honors Psychology at the University of St Andrews.
